Our sister school, Brearley Hall, features a beautifully developed Forest School area that offers students a rich and immersive outdoor learning experience. Surrounded by nature, this space encourages exploration, creativity, and personal growth through hands-on activities such as den building, wildlife observation, and practical outdoor skills. As part of our commitment to holistic education, students from Brookland regularly travel to Brearley Hall to take part in Forest School sessions. These visits provide valuable opportunities to build resilience, boost confidence, and foster a deeper connection with the natural world all while learning in a calm, supportive environment that complements classroom learning.

We’re proud to offer a dedicated Forest School area at Brearley Hall School, providing our students with a unique opportunity to learn, explore, and grow in a natural outdoor setting. This enriching environment encourages hands-on experiences that foster curiosity, resilience, and teamwork. Whether it’s building shelters, identifying wildlife, or simply enjoying the fresh air, Forest School supports emotional wellbeing, boosts confidence, and nurtures a lifelong love of nature. It’s a space where learning goes beyond the classroom, where muddy boots and wide smiles are all part of the journey.
